3. Quotation and Contract Signing
We will provide customers with a detailed quotation, including equipment prices, a list of all accessories, delivery cycles, and other information, to ensure that customers have a clear understanding of the composition of each cost item. Each item in the quotation will be accurately calculated based on the customer's needs to ensure transparency and accuracy of the quotation.
Signing a contract: After both parties reach an agreement on the plan, we will sign a formal contract with the customer, which will clearly include technical indicators, acceptance standards, payment methods, and after-sales service terms to protect the rights and interests of both parties. After signing the contract, both parties will make subsequent payments and deliveries according to the provisions of the contract.
According to the contract agreement, the client will make the relevant payments in the agreed manner after the contract is signed to ensure the smooth start and timely progress of the project.
Production and Delivery
1. Production and manufacturing
Scheduling according to orders: After receiving customer orders, we will schedule production according to the standardized production process of the equipment. For customized equipment, production needs to be carried out after confirming the design drawings to ensure that the equipment can fully meet the personalized needs of the customer. Each device undergoes careful design and strict production management to ensure the quality of the final product.
